Our Refund Policy
At Rayflector UK Limited, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order or wish to exchange an item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for all shipping costs relating to returns and exchanges.
Customers returning an item for a refund are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customers requesting an exchange are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for dispatching the replacement item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and process your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to complete the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to an alternative payment method.
Returns Beyond 14 Days
If your return request is made after the 14-day return period, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period through our online returns procedure. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
Please note that you are responsible for the items until they are received at our warehouse. We therefore recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
