Our Refund Policy
Returns & Refund Policy
At Rayflector UK Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in accordance with the terms set out below.
Returns & Exchanges
For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary returns policy, you may return an item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
Items should be returned in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached where reasonably possible.
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way that you would be permitted to inspect them in a shop.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may make a reasonable deduction from a refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by your statutory consumer rights, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items to us.
Refunds
If you return an item because you have changed your mind and exercise your statutory cancellation right, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Exchanges
For exchanges requested for reasons other than a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, customers are responsible for both the return postage costs and the delivery costs for sending the replacement item.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning it.
We will provide appropriate assistance and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the return.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law. Where applicable, we may wait until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Returns After 14 Days
If you are exercising your statutory right to cancel an online purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.
Returns requested after the applicable statutory cancellation period may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to our applicable returns policy. We are not obliged to accept change-of-mind returns outside the applicable statutory cancellation period unless otherwise stated.
Your Statutory Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us of your decision to cancel within the cancellation period.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days.
You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. If the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been diminished as a result, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this Returns & Refund Policy.
Responsibility for Returned Items
You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.
We cannot be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit where you have chosen and arranged the return delivery service yourself, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
